A FAMILY BUSINESS BUILT ON TRADE REPUTATION
The details that matter — done properly.
Decades of practical experience underpins every quotation we issue. That background is reflected in the details that matter most — properly dressed lead flashing, clean repointing, brickwork that lines through correctly, and roofs that perform as they should over the long term.
Work is not subcontracted to whichever third party happens to be available. It is delivered by our own tradesmen, to the standard we would expect on our own properties. Customer feedback consistently reflects this approach: a substantial collection of five-star reviews on Google and Trustatrader, the majority generated through word-of-mouth referrals and repeat custom.
How a Typical Project is Delivered
Most projects follow a consistent four-stage process, structured to keep clients informed at every point and to avoid the surprises that often accompany work of this nature.
01
Initial Site Visit and Assessment
An initial site visit is arranged at a time convenient to the client, and access is gained safely to inspect the affected area in full. Where the issue lies out of sight at roof level or behind existing fabric, photographic evidence is provided so the diagnosis can be reviewed visually rather than relied upon at description alone.
02
Detailed Written Quotation
Quotations are issued in writing and itemised in detail, covering labour, materials, access requirements and any contingencies identified during the inspection. This approach removes the risk of unexpected additions later in the project, and gives clients a clear basis on which to compare us against other contractors before any commitment is made.
03
Scheduled Works and Site Management
Once instructions are received, a start date is agreed around the client’s schedule, and works commence on the date confirmed. Scaffolding, towers and specialist access equipment are arranged on our side where required, and sites are swept and made tidy at the end of each working day, not solely on completion.
04
Completion and Guarantees
On finishing, a final walk-around is carried out with the client to confirm satisfaction with the work. Workmanship is guaranteed in writing, and where materials are supplied directly by us, the relevant manufacturer warranty applies in addition, providing layered protection well beyond the date of completion.
Smaller works are handled with the same care as larger projects — whether the requirement is a single ridge tile, a complete refurbishment, or anything in between.
Verifiable independent reviews
Five-star reviews on Google and Trustatrader. The majority of our work comes through word-of-mouth referrals.
£1m public liability insured
Full cover for the property, our workforce and any third parties present during the works.

Frequently asked questions
Explore answers to common questions about our roofing and building services, helping you understand our process, pricing, and what to expect.
What areas do you cover?
Operating from Walthamstow, we work across East London, North London and Essex — including Waltham Forest, Hackney, Haringey, Redbridge, Newham, Islington, Enfield and the surrounding boroughs, alongside postcodes throughout the E, N, IG and RM regions. If your property falls outside this list, please make contact regardless — we likely cover your area.
Are quotes free, and is there any obligation?
Yes — quotes are completely free. There is no charge for the site visit, no obligation to proceed, and no follow-up sales pressure. Most projects can be priced within a few working days of initial contact.
Are you insured?
Every project is backed by £1 million of public liability insurance as standard, ensuring full cover for the property, our workforce and any third parties present during the works.
Do you handle emergency works?
Yes. Storm damage, sudden leaks and exposed roofs are typically attended within the same week across our coverage area.
Do you work with insurance assessors and managing agents?
Yes — we are experienced in liaising directly with insurance assessors and managing agents where this assists in moving a project forward. We can provide written reports and photographic evidence as required.
Is the work subcontracted?
No. Every discipline — roofing, leadwork, brickwork, rendering, UPVC and so on — is delivered by our own tradesmen. That keeps the standard consistent and means there is no dispute over responsibility if something needs revisiting.
